Write to us. Every message gets read.
Email is the quickest way to reach us. Tell us about a mistake, a new ATM or a licence that has changed, and we’ll check it against the source.

CryptoKosovo doesn’t publish a phone number or receive visitors at an office. Every question, correction and tip comes in by email, which leaves a clear record of what you told us and what we changed.
Our address
There’s no contact form on this site. The first button opens your email app with our address filled in; if your device has no mail app set up, copy the address and paste it into Gmail, Outlook or whatever you normally use.
What to write to us about
You help us most when you tell us something we’ve got wrong or something we’re missing. These are the messages we’re keenest to get:
- Corrections. A fee, opening time or address that doesn’t match reality. Send the link to our page and, if you have it, the official source.
- A new ATM or office. If you’ve seen a crypto ATM or a that isn’t on our Kosovo ATM list or among the walk-in offices, send the address, town and operator. We add a point once the operator confirms it, as explained in our methodology.
- Licence changes. The Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo (CBK) updates its list of licensed institutions. If a new operator is licensed, or a platform changes its terms for Kosovo, let us know. The current picture is in our guide to Kosovo’s crypto law and CBK licences.
- Language slips in either the English or the Albanian version.
- A calculator that breaks on your phone or browser. Tell us which browser you use.
What we can’t help with
We’re an information site. We don’t buy or sell crypto, we have no access to your account on any platform, and we can’t stop or reverse a transaction. Once a transfer is confirmed on the , nobody can cancel it: not us and not the platform.
For account problems, such as identity verification or a stuck withdrawal, contact the platform’s official support from inside its app or website. For the rules an operator in Kosovo has to follow, the authority is the CBK.
We don’t give personal investment advice either: we won’t tell you what to buy or when to sell. We can point you to the page that explains the topic, such as how to buy Bitcoin step by step or how crypto is taxed in Kosovo.
What never to send
Nobody at CryptoKosovo will ask for any of these, and you shouldn’t email them to anyone:
- Your or a wallet’s private key. For safe storage, see our guide to crypto wallets.
- Passwords, SMS codes or two-factor codes.
- Card numbers, your IBAN, or copies of your ID card or passport.
When we reply
We read every message, but we don’t promise a set reply time. Corrections that affect people’s money, such as a wrong fee or a point that has closed, get checked first. Once a change is confirmed at the source, we update the page in both languages and move the “Verified on” date. How we handle the emails you send is covered in our privacy policy, and who we are is on the about page.
